Munyun University Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $15.00. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after processing.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order and special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated availability will be provided with the product information whenever possible.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after their order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Munyun University is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been shipped. If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
