Munyun University Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully, including the design, color, and size, before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges: Because our apparel is produced and prepared for sale in specific sizes and designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or changes of mind.

Pre-Orders & Custom Items: Pre-ordered, personalized, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before production or order processing has begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
